If you do not see any light on the Wi-Fi socket, that could either mean that the device is defective, or that the LED itself is not working. To be sure, we recommend trying this:
- Remove the socket from the wall outlet
- Wait 10 seconds
- Reinsert the socket
- Wait 10 seconds
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 15 seconds
- Remove and reinsert the socket
- Press the Wi-Fi button
If this does not solve the issue, the socket is likely defective. In that case, the 5-year warranty applies.
