I do not receive a PIN code on my email

Please control that the email with the PIN code is not in the spam folder of your email.

Be aware that you should only enter your email before selecting “Get PIN”. Your chosen password shall be entered when you have received the PIN code by email.

    Please send us on email on appsupport@millheat.com and we can see. Probably your domain name is blocking it automatically. Please try your gmail/hotmail/yahoo email account if possible
