What happens to the heaters if the internet drops out?

The heater loses the internet connection to the Millheat cloud and you will not be able to control the heaters with the app. You can also see a red light on the WiFi light indicator on the control panel of the heater. The heater will not receive any updates from the Millheat app and will follow the latest registered temperature until it is back online.

The heater will automatically connect to the Millheat cloud when the internet is up and running again.

NB! Remember that you can control your heater locally (when the internet is unavailable).

  • Push 1 time on the WiFi button on the control panel of the heater. This enables you to manually set your desired temperature (the WiFi light indicator on the control panel of the heater will blink green slowly) by using the + and - buttons.
  • Push the WiFi button on the control panel of the heater on more time to connect the heater to the Millheat cloud again (the WiFi light indicator on the control panel will show a green light).
